FAQs

The item I want is out of stock. When is it coming back?
 If you see an item you like is marked as sold out drop us an email or dm on Instagram and we can let you know when its due to be back!
The item I like is too short/long. Can I customise the length?
Yes! We can make everything shorter or longer. Shorter is at no extra cost but longer will be extra so contact us to set up a custom listing on the site. 
Can I track my order?
All orders are sent out twice a week on Monday’s and Friday’s with Royal Mail 24 or 48 services. If you would like to track your order you can do so on your account.
Can I return my items?
Items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or broken - if this is the case please let us know on Instagram or email. If you are really unhappy with a piece please get in touch and we can offer you store credit. 
 
Can I Return Earrings?
For sanitary reasons we cannot offer returns on earrings unless they are faulty. This should not happen with any pieces but if you feel you have received faulty earrings please email gabicrewejewellery@gmail.com
My order hasn’t arrived !
For UK customers please wait 7 business days before contacting me. Royal Mail is a little slow at the moment (thank you Covid!!) For international customer please wait up to 4 weeks before emailing me – customs can often cause delays.
 
I have received the wrong item !
If you have received the wrong item we are truly so sorry –  mistakes happen!  Please email gabicrewejewellery@gmail.com with some photos and what happened and we can sort you out !
